The guest needs to make an advance payment in the amount of 50% of the cost of accommodation. The prepayment will not be refunded if the reservation is cancelled less than 7 days before the arrival date.
The booking price for 1-2 guests includes accommodation in one double bed with one set of linen. For accommodation of 2 people in separate beds with sets of linen (bed and sofa), guests need to pay RUB 500.00 per day.
If guests book a room for three guests, then bed linen for the third guest is already included in the price.
Check-in is available from 14:00 to 23:00. Check-in service is not available after the specified time.
