The Oten Guest House, constructed in 2013, is conveniently located in the centre of Bryansk, away from traffic noise.
A small number of rooms guarantees comfort and an individual approach to each guest. All guest house rooms are individually decorated and equipped with a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, a refrigerator, electric kettle and tea/coffee making facilities. The bathrooms have a set of towels, slippers, shower gel, shampoo and disposable cap.
The cozy cafe offers breakfasts, lunches and dinners (upon prior arrangement). Using our cozy event hall for up to 25 people, guests can taste Russian and European cuisine.
On the territory of the guest house there is a sauna with a large relaxation area and a pool with cold water, as well as a billiard room with tables for playing Russian billiards and pool (sauna and billiards for an additional fee). Guests are offered parking for cars.
The guest house is located near the Svensky Monastery, built in the 13th century, the park-museum named after A.K. Tolstoy, surrounded by dense forests and mirror lakes. Within walking distance are the Pokrovsky Cathedral, the Spaso-Grobovskaya Church, and the unique Forest Museum. On the map, Oten is adjacent to Pokrovskaya Mountain, literally 5 minutes' walk from Karl Marx Square and Tyutchev Alley. These are amazing and beautiful places where it is pleasant to walk and breathe in the clean air.
