From November 1, 2025, the indoor pool will be closed for cleaning on the first Sunday of every month.
Sauna and games room are charged separately. It is possible to visit the children's room 1 time for free during the whole stay, only during the period from 12:00 PM to 06:00 PM, the age limit is 4-12 years.
Prepayment required. Prepayment must be made within 5 days from the date of booking. The property administration reserves the right to cancel the reservation in case the prepayment is not transferred.
The indoor pool is closed for maintenance on the last Sunday of each month.

Moving with animals in the lobby of the Zvezdnyij Wellness & Spa Hotel is allowed only on a leash, in hands or in a carrier. Visiting restaurants, fitness and spa centers, and the pool with animals is strictly prohibited.
