Villa Anna Hotel complex is a new seven-storied building, inspired by 16th century Scottish castles. The hotel is located in the very centre of Sochi, in close proximity to Frunse Park, circus and arboretum.
Villa Anna provides accommodation in 31 rooms of various categories. These include 7 single-room Standards, 15 Studios with balconies, 5 Suites and a separate cabin. A Standard room is fitted with TV, air conditioning, hair-dryer, fridge, safe box, bathroom with shower cubicle and a set of toiletries. The three-storied cottage area with a swimming pool is enclosed. The cottage contains four bedrooms, study, nursery, drawing room and kitchen.
Guests are always welcome to "Dobryi Merlin" (Good Merlin) restaurant with 50 seats and "Zamkovoye Podvorye" (Castle Courtyard) cafe with 35 seats and an outdoor terrace.
