Zhk Avrora 2 Flat is located in Novorossiysk. For children there are two play entertainment centers. A playground, a sports ground, parking are located next to the house, and in a closed area in the yard if there is space.

Early check-in or late check-out must be agreed upon in advance and for an additional fee.

A mandatory security deposit is paid before check-in and is returned after the flat is cleaned on the day of check-out until 22:00 Moscow time. In case of violation of the rules of residence, such as smoking, violation of the law on silence, damage to property, the deposit is non-refundable.

The child must be at least 6 years old at the time of check-in. The child's surcharge is paid separately.
Smoking is prohibited: cigarettes, hookah and any vaping systems. Fine is RUB 3000.00.

Noisy parties are not allowed.
To check in, you will need a passport to sign the rental agreement and the transfer deed, as well as a deposit.
