Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport.
Check-in to the apartments is done remotely. When booking an apartment, guests must contact the hotel using the phone number on the voucher.
After booking, guests are kindly requested to contact the property via the Telegram channel using the phone number provided in the booking confirmation.
After booking the guests will receive a message on the phone number from Flatsharing service on the form of signing the contract, uploading passport data in electronic form and payment, after that the detailed instructions for check-in will be sent.
Deposit is returned on the day of departure from 03:00 PM to 05:00 PM by card transfer.
In case of booking from 7 days the deposit is RUB 5000.00.
Late check-out is possible by agreement, subject to hourly extension RUB 600.00 per hour after 12:00 PM.
Late check-in after 10:00 PM is charged RUB 450.00 extra to the rent.
Pets will be charged extra, cats are not allowed.
Smoking in the flat and on the balcony is strictly prohibited, the penalty is 100% of the deposit.
It is possible to accommodate business travellers, a full package of reporting documents is provided. Apartments work with legal entities and organizations.
The number of guests cannot be more than stated in the reservation.
