As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure.
Please note that the hotel only accepts payment in cash. Credit card details are needed to guarantee the reservation, but payment by credit card payment cannot be accepted.
