The Hotel is centrally located, in the middle of the Foundation of Furlani, a few steps from the Scuola Dalmata di San Giorgio degli Schiavoni celebrated for the series of paintings by Vittore Carpaccio. It faces the river with a seventeenth-century portal surmounted by a terrace with stone balustrade of Istria. The Palace is located between a medieval court and one of the largest private gardens in Venice both owned.
