This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that energy and heating fees are not included in the rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure. Bed linen and towels are not included. They can be reserved (before arrival) for EUR 10,- per person for bed linen and EUR 4,- per person for towels.
