Please call the property to arrange late check-ins. Please call the property when you arrive at the gate so that we can meet you promptly. Reservations are for a two night minimum. No-shows will be charged for the total cost of their reservation. Arrival after 22:00 without prior notice constitutes a no-show. This is not a pet friendly accommodations. Service animals are welcome. There is no daily maid service or meal service. No smoking inside. You may smoke outside on the concrete patio areas. If evidence of smoking is found inside the room or house, nonrefundable $500 deep cleaning fee will apply. Customers are responsible for the cost of damage beyond reasonable wear and tear. This will be charged to the card on file.
