The Usadba 1901 hotel is a historical reconstruction of one of the many Siberian manors built at the end of the 19th century, which has been owned since 1901 by the Artsibashev family, an official of the post and telegraph office of Innokenty Ivanovich and his wife Alexandra Ivanovna. The hotel is located in the historical center of Irkutsk. Within walking distance are the Musical and Drama Theaters, the Irkutsk Regional Philharmonic, and the Children's Railway Museum.
