From Kumamoto Station (JR Kagoshima Honsen): 15 minutes by taxi (JPY 1,000/as of May 2013), or take the tram bound for Kengun-machi to get off at Dentei Suizenjikoen station and continue on foot for 1 minute. By Car: Exit the Kyushu Expressway at the Mashiki-Kumamoto IC and continue along Route 57.
