A deposit of 50% of the total booking is due at time of booking, either through PayPal using a credit card, or by direct bank transfer. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival. The property will send an e-mail with payment instructions after the booking is made. In case of cancellation, refund will be offered according to the cancellation policy.
