Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of EUR 12 applies for all arrivals before 15:00. For stays of 3 nights and less, end-of-stay cleaning is included in the price. For stays of 4 to 27 nights, weekly cleaning is included in the price. For stays of 28 nights and more, cleaning is done every two weeks. Additional cleaning is available upon request and at a surcharge. When booking 8 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. Guests are kindly asked to clean the kitchen area before departure. If this is not done, the property reserves the right to charge EUR 10. Breakfast times: Monday to Friday: 7:00-9:00. Weekend 8:00-10:00.
